Before we meet, you fill out a short prep form so I can look at your site, your offer and what you've already tried. That way we spend our hour on the good stuff and not on catching me up.
In the session, we work on whatever is costing you the most money right now. Usually it's a few of these:
- Your offer. What you're actually selling, who it's for, what it's worth, and how to describe it so the right people understand it immediately and want it.
- Your pricing. What to charge, how the numbers actually work for your business, and how to make the offer directly instead of apologizing for it.
- Your positioning and message. What makes your work different, in language that sounds like you and lands with the people you want, instead of language that sounds like everyone else in your field.
- Getting visible. Where to show up, what to say when you get there, and how to get in front of more of the right people without posting all day.
- Selling. Your launch, promotion or sales conversations: what to sell, when, through which channels, and in what order, so you can stop spinning and start selling.
- Your next move. The one strategic decision you've been circling for months, decided (finally, gloriously).

Who I am
I'm Kelly Diels, the founder of High Consent Marketing and Copywriting for Culture Makers.
